A Way With Words / A Way With Numbers Free Tutoring

Tutoring Does your child need assistance with his/her reading or math homework? Could your child benefit from a one-on-one reading or math tutoring session? Tutors from the University of Missouri-Columbia are available to help!

Just bring your child to the Children's Desk at the Columbia Public Library. Free tutoring is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions last approximately 30 minutes and parents must remain in the building.

Tutoring Hours: Monday-Thursday from 3:30-6:30 p.m.

Ages Served: Students in kindergarten through 7th grade.

Tutoring is available during most of MU's fall and winter semesters (September through early December; late January through early May). Call the library (573-443-3161) for the most current information on tutoring dates and times.
